Yes. socials.ink is built for agencies and teams managing multiple client brands. Each client gets their own isolated workspace with its own Brand Kit, content calendar, and connected accounts, and clients can review and approve posts through their own portal without needing a login. On the Growth plan you can manage up to 5 client workspaces, and on Agency up to 12, with your whole team collaborating from one dashboard.

A project (or workspace) represents one brand or client — with its own Brand Kit, connected social accounts, content calendar, and approval portal. The Starter plan includes 1 workspace, Growth includes up to 5, and Agency includes up to 12, so you only pay for the number of brands or clients you actually manage.

You can pay for Starter, Growth, or Agency on a monthly basis. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and any prorations are applied automatically to your next invoice.

Yes, Growth and Agency plans include a free trial so you can explore Brand Kit, Replai, and the client approval portal before committing. You can upgrade or cancel at any time during the trial.

If you add payment details before your trial ends, you'll continue seamlessly on your chosen plan. If not, your account will be downgraded to Starter, and any posts already scheduled will still publish as long as your connected accounts remain active.

Starter includes 10 posts per month. Growth and Agency include 20 posts per project per month, so each client workspace gets its own allowance rather than sharing one pool.
